Installation Procedure

- Install NEW Fuel Injection Fuel Feed Pipes (1) (Qty: 4)
- Hand tighten Fuel Injection Fuel Feed Pipes (1) @ Fuel Injectors (2) (Qty: 4)
- Hand tighten Fuel Injection Fuel Feed Pipes (1) @ Fuel Injection Fuel Rail (3) (Qty: 4)
- Tighten Fuel Injection Fuel Feed Pipes (1) (Qty: 8) to 28 N.m (21 lb ft)
- Install Fuel Injector Insulator (1)
- Connect Fuel Return Hose (4) @ Diesel Fuel Separator (2)
- Install a NEW clamp. (3)
- Install Intake Manifold Cover. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement
- Connect the battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (KL9)
