Installation Procedure

- Install Exhaust Pressure Differential Sensor (1)
- Install and tighten Exhaust Pressure Differential Sensor Bolt (2) to 9 N.m (80 lb in)
- Install Exhaust Pressure Sensor Hoses (4) (Qty: 2)
- Install Exhaust Pressure Sensor Hose Clamps (1) (Qty: 3)
- Connect Electrical Connector (1) @ Exhaust Pressure Differential Sensor
- Install Engine Control Module. Refer to Engine Control Module Replacement
- If replacing, perform the DPF pressure sensor reset. Refer to DPF Pressure Sensor Reset

NOTE:
Mind the difference hose diameters.
