Installation Procedure

- Install Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Tube (2)
- Engage Retainer Spring (1)
- Reconnect the 2 wire cooling fan connector and retainer to the shroud.
- Install Underbody Front Air Deflector. Refer to Underbody Front Air Deflector Replacement (Equinox)Underbody Front Air Deflector Replacement (Terrain)
- Install Radiator Inlet Hose (1) @ Retainer (2)
- Install Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Tube (3)
- Engage Retainer Spring (2)
- Install and tighten Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Tube Bolt (1) to 9 N.m (80 lb in)
- Install the wire harness retainer.
- Install Intake Manifold Cover. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement
NOTE:
Install the tube to the vehicle from the top.
