Installation Procedure

  1. Install the charge air bypass valve vacuum hose (2).
  2. Clip in the charge air bypass valve vacuum hose (2) clips to the brackets (3).
  3. Install the charge air bypass valve vacuum hose (2) to the charge air bypass regulator solenoid valve vacuum tube (4).
  4. Install the charge air bypass valve vacuum hose (2) to the turbocharger wastegate actuator vacuum control solenoid valve (5).
  5. Install the charge air bypass valve vacuum hose (2) to the exhaust gas recirculation vacuum regulator solenoid valve (1).

  6. Connect the 3 engine control module electrical connectors (1) from the engine control module.
  7. Install the engine control module bracket along with the engine control module in down direction to the battery tray.
  8. Clip in the 4 wiring harness clips (2, 3) to the bracket.
  9. Install Intake Manifold Cover. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement
  10. Connect Battery Negative Cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (KL9)
