Installation Procedure

  1. Install Camshaft Position Sensor (1)
    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution

  2. Install and tighten Camshaft Position Sensor Bolt (2) to 10 N.m (89 lb in)
    3. Fig 2: Electrical Connectors

  3. Connect the electrical connector:
    1. Fuel Injection Fuel Rail Fuel Pressure Sensor (1)
    2. Camshaft Position Sensor (2)
  4. Install Intake Manifold Cover. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement
  5. Connect the battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (KL9)
