Preliminary Procedure Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement
1	Headlamp Bulb Access Cover Procedure Rotate the bulb access cover counterclockwise to remove it from the lamp housing.
2	Headlamp Bulb WARNING: The high intensity discharge system produces high voltage and current. In order to reduce the risk of severe shocks and burns, the battery negative cable must be disconnected any time service work is being performed on or around the high intensity discharge system. WARNING: The high intensity discharge system produces high voltage and current. To reduce the risk of severe shocks and burns: Never open the high intensity discharge system ballast or the arc tube assembly starter. Never probe between the high intensity discharge system ballast output connector and the arc tube assembly. Procedure Rotate the retainer down and out of the way to remove the headlamp bulb. Disconnect the electrical connector. When installing, rotate the retainer up and into the locked position. NOTE: The retainer must be fully seated against the bulb to hold the bulb securely in the housing.

Procedure

Rotate the retainer down and out of the way to remove the headlamp bulb.
Disconnect the electrical connector.
When installing, rotate the retainer up and into the locked position.

The retainer must be fully seated against the bulb to hold the bulb securely in the housing.
