Circuit/System Verification

Ignition ON.
Verify the vehicles park lamps turn ON and OFF when commanding the Park Lamps ON and OFF with a scan tool.
- If the vehicles park lamps do not turn ON and OFF
  Refer to Park, License, and/or Tail Lamps Malfunction .
- Go to next step: If the vehicles park lamps turn ON and OFF
Verify the vehicles backup lamps turn ON and OFF when commanding the Backup Lamps ON and OFF with a scan tool.
- If the vehicles backup lamps do not turn ON and OFF
  Refer to Backup Lamps Malfunction (Automatic Transmission) Backup Lamps Malfunction (Manual Transmission) .
- Go to next step: If the vehicles backup lamps turn ON and OFF
Verify the vehicles left stop lamp turns ON and OFF when commanding the Left Stop Lamp ON and OFF with a scan tool.
- If the vehicles left stop lamp does not turn ON and OFF
  Refer to Stop Lamps Malfunction .
- Go to next step: If the vehicles left stop lamp turns ON and OFF
Verify the vehicles right stop lamp turns ON and OFF when commanding the Right Stop Lamp ON and OFF with a scan tool.
- If the vehicles right stop lamp does not turn ON and OFF
  Refer to Stop Lamps Malfunction .
- Go to next step: If the vehicles right stop lamp turns ON and OFF
Verify the vehicles left and right turn signal lamps turn ON and OFF when commanding the left and right turn signal lamps ON and OFF with the turn signal/multifunction switch.
- If the vehicles left or right turn signal lamps do not turn ON and OFF
  Refer to Turn Signal Lamps and/or Indicators Malfunction .
- Go to next step: If the vehicles left and right turn signal lamps turn ON and OFF
