P0191 

The difference between the commanded high pressure and the measured high pressure is greater than or less than a predefined threshold for greater than or equal to 1.5 s.

P0192 

The ECM detects that the fuel pressure/temperature sensor signal voltage is low for a predefined threshold for greater than.006 s.
