Component Testing

Seat Cushion Heating Element
- Ignition OFF, disconnect the harness connector at the appropriate seat cushion heating element listed below:
- E14B Seat Heating Element - Driver Cushion
- E14D Seat Heating Element - Passenger Cushion
- Test for 500 Ω - 300 kΩ between the signal circuit terminal 2 and the low reference circuit terminal 1.
- If not between 500 Ω - 300 kΩ
Replace the E14 Seat Heating Element - Cushion.
- Go to next step: If between 500 Ω - 300 kΩ
- If not between 500 Ω - 300 kΩ
- All OK.
