Circuit/System Verification

- Ignition ON.
- Verify the appropriate M51 Seat Horizontal Motor operates when commanding the Easy Entry Seat Motor (Horizontal Control) Forward and Rearward using the scan tool.
- If the seat does not move during either of the commands
Refer to DTC B175A, B1770, B2015, or B3942 Circuit/System Testing.
- Go to next step: If the seat moves forward and rearward
- If the seat does not move during either of the commands
- Verify the appropriate scan tool Folding Top Control Module easy entry switch parameter listed below changes between Active and Inactive when folding the seat backrest forward and rearward.
- S115D Easy Entry Switch - Driver Seat
- S115P Easy Entry Switch - Passenger Seat
- If the parameter does not change

- Go to next step: If the parameter changes
- Refer to DTC B175A, B1770, B2015, or B3942 Circuit/System Testing.
