Front Suspension Strut Yoke Front Bushing Removal

1. Remove the front tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation
2. Steering Knuckle Bolt - Remove - Lower Control Arm Replacement 
3. Put aside the lower control arm from the front suspension strut yoke.
4. NOTE:

   It is not necessary to remove the front suspension strut yoke from the vehicle. Part is shown dismounted for the sake of clarity.

   Mark the installation position.@Front Suspension Strut Yoke(1)

5. NOTE:

   It is not necessary to remove the front suspension strut yoke from the vehicle. Part is shown dismounted for the sake of clarity.

   Install the CH-50969  remover/installer in the shown order to remove the front suspension strut yoke front bushing.

   1. CH-50969-5-2  nut (1) - Install
   2. CH-50969-1  bushing (2) - Install
   3. CH-50969-2  bushing (3) - Install
   4. KM-907-30-B  spindle (4) - Install
6. Press the CH-50969-1  (2) against the front suspension strut yoke front bushing (5) to separate the front suspension strut yoke front bushing from the front suspension strut yoke.

Front Suspension Strut Yoke Front Bushing Installation

1. NOTE:

   It is not necessary to remove the front suspension strut yoke from the vehicle. Part is shown dismounted for the sake of clarity.

   Install the CH-50969  remover/installer in the shown order to install the new front suspension strut yoke front bushing.

   1. CH-50969-5-2  nut (1) - Install
   2. CH-50969-4  bushing (2) - Install
   3. CH-50969-3  bushing (3) - Install
   4. KM-907-30-B  spindle (4) - Install
2. Press the CH-50969-3  (3) against the front suspension strut yoke front bushing (5) to install the front suspension strut yoke front bushing to the front suspension strut yoke.
3. Position the lower control arm to the front suspension strut yoke.
4. Steering Knuckle Bolt - Install - Lower Control Arm Replacement 
5. Install the front tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation
