Conditions for Setting the DTC

P0335 Condition 1 

Crankshaft Position Sensor = No Signal - For greater than 4 s

Condition 2 

Crankshaft Position Sensor = No Signal - For greater than 0.3 s

Condition 3 

Crankshaft Position Sensor = No Signal - During 2 engine revolutions.

P0336 Condition 1 

Crankshaft Position Sensor = Signal synchronization lost 4 times within 5 s.

Condition 2 

Crankshaft Position Sensor = Sync gap not detected. - For greater than 0.4 s

Condition 3 

Crankshaft Position Sensor = Sync gap not detected. - Since last starter engagement. - For greater than 1.5 s

Condition 4 

Crankshaft Position Sensor = Not between 51 and 65 pulses - During 1 engine revolutions. - For 8 out of 10 engine revolutions
