Circuit/System Testing

  1. Verify the condition does not exist:Incorrect pressure - Refer to:Line Pressure Check , & Solenoid Valve Pressure (Gen 2)
    • Go to next step: If no condition exists 
  2. Ignition/Vehicle - Off
  3. Remove the component: Q8 Control Solenoid Valve Assembly
  4. Verify the procedure/test passes. - Refer to:Control Solenoid Valve and Transmission Control Module Assembly Solenoid Performance Test 
    • If the procedure/test does not pass 

      Replace the component: Q8 Control Solenoid Valve Assembly

    • Go to next step: If the procedure/test passes 
  5. Refer to:Diagnostic Fault Information
