The above condition(s) must occur 8 times.

Transmission slip = Greater than 400 RPM - For greater than 2.5 s
Gear Command = 4th Gear
Gear ratio 4.35 to 4.81 detected. - For greater than 15 s

The above conditions must occur in sequence 5 times
