  1. In case that the side windows of one complete side, or all side windows do not match, please check first folding top position. Refer to Folding Top Adjustment (With BO-51074-NA Remove/Install and Adjustment Set)Folding Top Adjustment (Without BO-51074-NA Remove/Install and Adjustment Set) .
  2. Open the folding top.

    Mark the measurement point 1 (a) 115 mm from window frame as shown in the graphic.

  4. GM3405242

    Mark the measurement point 2 (b) 60 mm from the right upper corner from window glass as shown in the graphic.

  5. GM3405243

    Mark the measurement point 3 (c) 80 mm from window frame rubber.

  6. GM3405248

    Mark the measurement point 4 (d) 200 mm from the right lower corner as shown in the graphic.

  7. Close the folding top.

    Mark the 4 values for the front side door window and quarter window as shown in the graphic (1).

  9. Open the folding top.
  10. GM3352014

    Measure the values on the 4 measurement point (1) as shown in the graphic and compare them with the values in the table.

    Measure the vertical alignment (a) 2.5 mm between the front side door window upper edge (1) and quarter window upper edge (2).

  12. GM3405253

    Measure the horizontal alignment (b) 12.5 mm ± 2 mm between the right upper corner of front side door window (1) and the left upper corner of quarter window (2).

  13. When the values are not in the tolerance mass, mark the right values on the tape and adjust the relevant window. Refer to Front Side Door Window Adjustment , or Quarter Window Adjustment  to adjust the windows.
