Adjustment Axes

X Horizontal Adjustment (driving direction)
Y Vertical Adjustment (depth direction)
Z Horizontal and Vertical Adjustment (elevating direction)
  1. In case that the side windows of one complete side, or all side windows do not match, please check first folding top position. Refer to Folding Top Adjustment (With BO-51074-NA Remove/Install and Adjustment Set)Folding Top Adjustment (Without BO-51074-NA Remove/Install and Adjustment Set) .
  2. Remove the front side door water deflector. Refer to Front Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .

    Loosen the nut (1) in the upper area.

  4. Adjust the torx stud to change the Y measurement at the waist line 3mm

    Adjust the lower a-rail (1) for Z-direction in the middle of the measure of + 5 mm / - 8 mm.

  6. Adjust the b-rail (2) for Z-direction in the middle of the measure of + 5 mm / - 8 mm.

    Adjust the window regulator screw (1) on the lower a-rail for Y-direction in the middle of the measure of 1.5 mm.

  8. Adjust the window regulator screw (2) on the lower b-rail for Y-direction in the middle of the measure of 1.5 mm / - 9 mm.
  9. Remove the front side door window. Refer to Front Side Door Window Replacement .

    Mark the area around the window regulator retainer (1) when it is in center direction to the front side door window for better adjustment.

  11. Install the front side door window. Refer to Front Side Door Window Replacement .
  12. GM3137451

    Open the door glass screws (1) at the a-rail and b-rail and adjust them to a measure of 5 mm to the folding top.

    13. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  13. Tighten the door glass screws 9 N.m (80 lb in).

    If required, adjust the lower a-rail (1) and the b-rail (2) for Z-direction.

    If required, adjust the window regulator screw (1) on the lower a-rail and the lower b-rail for Y-direction.

  16. GM3137447

    Align the torx stud to change the Y-measurement.

  17. Tighten the nut (1) in the upper area and tighten to 7 N.m (62 lb in).
  18. Check the front side door window alignment. Refer to Front Side Door Window and Quarter Window Alignment Measurement .
  19. Install the front side door water deflector. Refer to Front Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
