Turbocharger Coolant Feed Pipe Removal

  1. GM2906666

    Remove and DISCARD the turbocharger coolant feed pipe clamp (6).

  2. Remove the turbocharger coolant feed pipe bolt (5) from the turbocharger.
  3. Remove the turbocharger coolant feed pipe hollow bolt (4) from the turbocharger.
  4. Remove and DISCARD the turbocharger coolant feed pipe (2) with both sealing rings (1, 3).
  5. GM3405246
    NOTE:

    The turbocharger cooling feed pipe fitting is not reusable.

    Remove and DISCARD the turbocharger cooling feed pipe fitting (1).

  6. Remove and DISCARD the turbocharger cooling feed pipe fitting seal ring (2).
