Turbocharger Coolant Feed Pipe Installation

The clamp (1) from turbocharger coolant feed pipe is pre installed.
Install the turbocharger coolant feed pipe seal ring (2)

CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .

NOTE:

Do not remove the turbocharger coolant feed pipe fitting clamp.

NOTE:

The turbocharger coolant feed pipe fitting is not reusable.

Install the turbocharger coolant feed pipe fitting and tighten to 24 N.m (18 lb ft).
NOTE:
Do not remove the turbocharger coolant feed pipe fitting clamp.

NOTE:
The turbocharger coolant feed pipe fitting is not reusable.

Install the turbocharger coolant feed pipe (2) to the turbocharger coolant feed pipe fitting (6).
Pull back on pipe to be sure it is seated correctly in the clamp.
Install the turbocharger coolant feed pipe hollow bolt (4) along with 2 NEW sealing rings (1, 3) to the turbocharger and tighten to 20 N.m (15 lb ft).
Install the turbocharger coolant feed pipe bolt (5) to the turbocharger and tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
