Turbocharger Assemble
Nut(2)@Turbocharger Wastegate Actuator(1)Loosen
- Adjust value (a) to 130 +/-1 mm (5.12 +/-0.04 in) to the turbocharger wastegate actuator by turning the rod (3).
- Tighten the nut (2) to 5.6 - 6.8 N.m (49 - 60 lb in).
Turbocharger Wastegate Actuator(2)@Turbocharger(7) - Install
- Apply pressure of max. 100 kPA (14.5 psi) to the turbocharger wastegate actuator hose inlet (1) by using EN-667 pump up to the level that the rod end (3) is moved and the turbocharger wastegate actuator can be installed to the wastegate pin (5).
- Retainer(4)@Turbocharger Wastegate Actuator - Install a NEW retainer.
- Nut(6)@Turbocharger Wastegate Actuator - Install and tighten5.6 - 6.8 N.m (49-60 lb in)[2x]
