Throttle Body Assembly Removal

  1. GM2911700

    Remove the charge air bypass valve hose clamp (2).

  2. Remove the charge air bypass valve hose (1).
    3. NOTE:

    Mind the different bolt length.

  3. Remove the 4 throttle body adapter bolts (4).
  4. Remove the throttle body adapter (3).
  5. Remove and DISCARD the throttle body seal (5).
  6. Remove the throttle body (6).
  7. Remove and DISCARD the throttle body seal (7).
