Intake Manifold Installation

  1. GM2911709

    Install a NEW intake manifold seal (2).

  2. Install the intake manifold (1).
  3. Fig 1: Intake Manifold Bolt Tightening Sequence

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    Install the 7 intake manifold bolts (1) and tighten to 25 N.m (18 lb ft) in the sequence as shown.
