Intake Manifold Disassemble

  1. GM2969148

    Remove the evaporative emission canister purge solenoid valve bracket bolt (1).

  2. Disconnect the evaporative emission canister purge pipe connector (3).
  3. Remove the evaporative emission canister purge solenoid valve (2) along with the bracket and the evaporative emission pipe.
  4. GM2966408

    Remove the intake air pressure and temperature sensor bolt (2).

  5. Remove the intake air pressure and temperature sensor (1) from the intake manifold (7).
  6. Remove the throttle body seal (3).
  7. Disconnect the charge air bypass valve hoses (4, 6) from the intake manifold (7).
  8. Remove the charge air bypass valve (5).
  9. GM2966409

    Remove the intake manifold seal (1) from the intake manifold (2).
