Catalytic Converter Front Catalyst Installation

Install the catalytic converter front catalyst gasket (1).
- Apply assembly paste to the turbo charger to catalytic converter front catalytic studs.
- Install the catalytic converter front catalyst (2) along with catalytic converter front catalyst bracket to the turbocharger.
- CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .
Install the 2 catalytic converter front catalyst bracket bolts (2) to the engine block and tighten to 22 N.m (16 lb ft).
- Install the 4 catalytic converter front catalyst nuts (1) and tighten to 58 N.m (43 lb ft).
