Installation Procedure

  1. GM2917591

    Install the transmission fluid cooler pipe - front (4).

  2. Clip in the transmission fluid cooler pipe - front (4) to the 2 engine coolant fan shroud retainers (2).
  3. Connect the transmission fluid cooler pipe - front (4) to the radiator connector (3). Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection .
  4. Install the transmission fluid cooler pipe - front (4) to the 3 retainers (1).
  5. GM2918322

    Install the transmission fluid cooler inlet pipe (2) to the transmission fluid cooler pipe - front (1). Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection .

  6. Install the charge air cooler inlet air hose. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Hose Replacement .
  7. Fill and check the transmission fluid level. Refer to Transmission Fluid Drain and Fill .
  8. Install the front bumper. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement .
