Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the front bumper fascia center support. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Center Support Replacement .
  2. Drain the transmission fluid. Refer to Transmission Fluid Drain and Fill .
  3. GM2192377

    Disconnect the transmission fluid cooler outlet pipe (3) and the transmission fluid cooler intermediate pipe (4) from the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection .

  4. Remove the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler pipe bolt (5).
  5. Remove the radiator air seal (1).
  6. Remove the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler (2).
