Installation Procedure

  1. GM2192377

    Install the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler (2).

    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Install the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler pipe bolt (5) and tighten to 4 N.m (35 lb in).
  3. Connect the transmission fluid cooler intermediate pipe (4) and the fluid cooler outlet pipe (3) to the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection .
  4. Install the radiator air seal (1).
  5. Fill and check the transmission fluid. Refer to Transmission Fluid Drain and Fill .
  6. Install front bumper fascia center support. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Center Support Replacement .
