Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement .
  2. GM2906666

    Remove and DISCARD the turbocharger coolant feed pipe clamp (6).

  3. Remove the turbocharger coolant feed pipe bolt (5).
  4. Remove the turbocharger coolant feed pipe hollow bolt (4) along with the 2 seal rings (1, 3).
  5. DISCARD the 2 seal rings.
  6. Remove the turbocharger cooling feed pipe (2) from engine oil cooler housing,
  7. GM3405246
    NOTE:

    The turbocharger cooling feed pipe fitting is not reusable.

    Remove and DISCARD the turbocharger cooling feed pipe fitting (1).

  8. Remove and DISCARD the turbocharger cooling feed pipe fitting seal ring (2).
