Installation Procedure

  1. GM2191152

    Install the radiator outlet hose (1) to the radiator surge tank hose (4).

  2. Reposition and install the clamp (2).
  3. Clip in the radiator surge tank hose (4) to the battery tray clip (3).
  4. GM2191151

    Install the radiator surge tank engine hose (4) to the surge tank (2).

  5. Reposition the radiator surge tank engine hose clamp (1).
  6. Clip in the radiator surge tank engine hose (4) to the clamp in the battery tray (3).
  7. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
  8. Close the hood.
