Installation Procedure

  1. GM2911662

    Install a NEW engine oil cooler seal (1).

  2. Install the engine oil cooler (3).
    3. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  3. Install the 4 engine oil cooler bolts (2) and tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
  4. Install the catalytic converter. Refer to Warm Up Three-Way Catalytic Converter Replacement .
  5. Fill the engine cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
