Installation Procedure

  1. Install the BPMV secondary brake pipe.
  2. GM2557329
    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    Connect the secondary brake pipe fitting (1) at the BPMV and tighten the fitting to 18 N.m (13 lb ft).

  3. GM2557327

    Connect the secondary brake pipe fitting (1) at the master cylinder and tighten the fitting to 18 N.m (13 lb ft).

  4. Install the radiator surge tank. Refer to Radiator Surge Tank Replacement .
  5. Bleed the hydraulic brake system. Refer to Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding .
