Installation Procedure

  1. GM3137471

    Install the auxiliary water pump outlet hose (4) to the auxiliary water pump (2).

  2. Connect the quick fitting (3) with the water outlet housing (1).
  3. Install the auxiliary water pump outlet hose clamp (5).
  4. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
  5. Install the battery tray. Refer to Battery Tray Replacement .
