Installation Procedure

  1. GM4230904

    Install a NEW O-ring seal.(2)

  2. Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor(1) - Install
  3. Retainer(3) - Install
  4. GM4230903

    Connect the electrical connector.(2)@Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor

  5. Power Brake Booster Vacuum Pipe(3)@Vacuum Pump(1) - Install
  6. Fill the cooling system. - Cooling System Draining and Filling
