Removal Procedure

  1. GM2191533

    Disconnect the air mass sensor wiring harness plug (2) from the air mass sensor (3).

  2. Unclip the mass air flow sensor wiring harness retainer clip from the air cleaner housing (1).
  3. GM2191547

    Remove the air cleaner outlet front duct clamp (3).

  4. Remove the air cleaner outlet front duct (2) from the air cleaner housing (1).
  5. GM2191545

    Remove the 5 air cleaner housing bolts (1).

  6. Remove the air cleaner upper housing (2) from the air cleaner lower housing (4).
  7. Remove the air cleaner element (3).
