Circuit/System Verification

Ignition ON.
Verify the scan tool Park Lamp Switch parameter changes between Active and Inactive while commanding the park lamps ON and OFF with the headlamp switch.
- If the parameter does not change
  Refer to Park Lamp Switch Malfunction.
- Go to next step: If the parameter changes
Verify the left park lamps turn ON and OFF when commanding the Left Park Lamps ON and OFF with a scan tool.
- If the left park lamps do not turn ON and OFF
  Refer to Park Lamps Malfunction.
- Go to next step: If the left park lamps turn ON and OFF
Verify the right park lamps turn ON and OFF when commanding the Right Park Lamps ON and OFF with a scan tool.
- If the right park lamps do not turn ON and OFF
  Refer to Park Lamps Malfunction.
- Go to next step: If the right park lamps turn ON and OFF
Verify the license plate lamps turn ON and OFF when commanding the License Plate Lamps ON and OFF with a scan tool.
- If the license plate lamps do not turn ON and OFF
  Refer to License Plate Lamps Malfunction.
- Go to next step: If the license plate lamps turn ON and OFF
Verify the left auxiliary tail lamp turns ON and OFF when commanding the E5LC Tail/Stop Lamp - Auxiliary Left ON and OFF with a scan tool.
- If the left auxiliary tail lamp does not turn ON and OFF
  Refer to Tail Lamps Malfunction.
- Go to next step: If the left auxiliary tail lamp turns ON and OFF
Verify the right auxiliary tail lamp turns ON and OFF when commanding the E5RC Tail/Stop Lamp - Auxiliary Right ON and OFF with a scan tool.
- If the right auxiliary tail lamp does not turn ON and OFF
  Refer to Tail Lamps Malfunction.
- Go to next step: If the right auxiliary tail lamp turns ON and OFF
Verify the left and right auxiliary tail lamps turn ON and OFF when opening and closing the rear compartment lid.
- If the left and right auxiliary tail lamps do not turn ON and OFF
  Refer to Power Folding Top Malfunction
- Go to next step: If the left and right auxiliary tail lamps turn ON and OFF
Verify the left tail lamp turns ON and OFF when commanding the E5E Tail Lamp - Left ON and OFF with a scan tool.
- If the left tail lamp does not turn ON and OFF
  Refer to Tail Lamps Malfunction.
- Go to next step: If the left tail lamp turns ON and OFF
Verify the right tail lamp turns ON and OFF when commanding the E5F Tail Lamp - Right ON and OFF with a scan tool.
- If the right tail lamp does not turn ON and OFF
  Refer to Tail Lamps Malfunction.
- Go to next step: If the right tail lamp turns ON and OFF
All OK.
