Circuit/System Description

The folding top control module monitors two switches for the folding top stowage compartment lid latch: The folding top stowage compartment lid latch closed switch and folding top stowage compartment lid latch open switch. The switches monitor the status of the lid latch.

The sensors are two-wire switches providing an input to the folding top control module. One terminal is low reference and the other is a signal circuit.
