Circuit/System Verification

  1. Ignition ON
  2. Verify the scan tool B250 Folding Top Tension Bow Up Position Sensor and B249L Folding Top Tension Bow Down Position Sensor - Left change between Active and Inactive when closing and opening folding top.
    • If parameters do not change between Active and Inactive 

      Refer to the Circuit/System Testing - Diagnostic A.

    • Go to next step: If parameters change between Active and Inactive 
  3. Verify the scan tool B249R Folding Top Tension Bow Down Position Sensor - Right parameter changes between Active and Inactive when closing and opening folding top.
    • If parameter does not change between Active and Inactive 

      Refer to the Circuit/System Testing - Diagnostic B.

    • Go to next step: If parameter changes between Active and Inactive 
  4. All OK.
