Installation Procedure

  1. GM2028079

    Install the condenser (1).

  2. Install the A/C refrigerant pressure sensor. Refer to Air Conditioning (A/C) Refrigerant Pressure Sensor Replacement .

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    Install the condenser hose (1) and the evaporator hose (2) and the 2 condenser hose nuts and tighten to 19 N.m (14 lb ft).

  4. GM2028073

    Install the air intake duct (1).

  5. Install the headlamp - right side. Refer to Headlamp Replacement .
  6. Install the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement .
  7. Connect the battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .
  8. Evacuate and charge the refrigerant system. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging .
