Installation Procedure

  1. GM3978313

    Steering Wheel Pad Accessory Wiring Harness(1) - Install

  2. Electrical Connector(2) - Connect[2x]
  3. GM3978312

    Instal the steering wheel horn contact plate (3) with the steering wheel pad accessory wiring harness (2) to the steering wheel.

  4. Electrical Connector(1) - Connect
  5. GM3978311
    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    Bolt(1) - Tighten 5.5 N.m (49 lb in)

  6. { If equipped }Electrical Connector(2) - Connect
  7. Airbag Steering Wheel Module Replacement - Install
  8. Steering Wheel Spoke Lower Cover Replacement  - Install
