Heater Outlet Hose Replacement (LFV)

Preliminary Procedure 
Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static)Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716)
1 Heater Outlet Hose Retainer
2 Heater Outlet Hose Clamp
Procedure 
Disengage the tension on the heater outlet hose clamp using the BO-38185  hose clamp pliers.
Special Tool 
BO-38185  hose clamp pliers
3 Heater Outlet Hose

Procedure

  1. Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static)Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716)
  2. Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
