Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Clean the thread at the lower crankcase.
  2. Apply thread lock to the oil flow check valve thread. Refer to Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants and Sealers

  3. Oil Flow Check Valve (1) - Install and tighten 10 N.m (89 lb in)
    CAUTION: Component Fastener Tightening Caution
  4. Oil Pan Replacement  - Install
