Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Lubricate the hydraulic valve lash adjuster arms with engine oil. Refer to Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants and Sealers

    NOTE: If reinstalling, be sure to properly install using previously created marks.
  2. Install the 16 hydraulic valve lash adjuster arms (1).
  3. Exhaust Camshaft Replacement  - Install
  4. Intake Camshaft Replacement  - Install
