Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Install the NEW crankshaft front oil seal (1) to the EN-51152  installer (2).

  2. Using the EN-51152  installer (1), install the crankshaft front oil seal to the engine front cover.

  3. Install the crankshaft balancer absorber bolt (2) and tighten.
  4. Remove the bolt (2) and EN-51152  installer (1).
  5. Ensure that the crankshaft front oil seal (1) flushes with the engine front cover (2).

  6. Install the crankshaft balancer absorber. Refer to Crankshaft Balancer Absorber Replacement .
  7. Remove the collecting basin.
  8. Check and correct the engine oil level. For engine oil specifications, refer to Engine Mechanical Specifications .
