Installation Procedure

- Install the EN-51767 installer (1) to the water pump pulley (2).
- Position the water pump belt (2) on the crankshaft balancer (3) and the water pump pulley (4).
- Slide EN-51767 installer (1) in arrow direction, positioning the belt onto the water pump pulley, applying light tension to the belt.
- Slowly rotate the crankshaft balancer and water pump pulley in a clockwise direction until the water pump belt fully seats on both pulleys.
- Inspect the water pump belt for proper installation and alignment.
- Rotate the balancer an additional 360 degrees to ensure proper belt installation.
- Remove the EN-51767 installer (1) from the water pump pulley.
