Timing Chain Tensioner Removal

EN-50513  Tensioner Pin

For equivalent regional tools, refer to Special Tools .

1. Push the timing chain guide - left side (2) in the direction of the arrow.

2. Fix the tensioner (1) with EN-50513  tensioner pin (3).
3. Remove the 2 timing chain tensioner bolts (2).

4. Remove the timing chain tensioner (1).
