Timing Chain Tensioner Installation

EN-50513  Tensioner Pin

For equivalent regional tools, refer to Special Tools .

1. Install the timing chain tensioner (1).

2. Install the 2 timing chain tensioner bolts (2) and tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
   CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
3. Push the timing chain guide - left side (2) in the direction of the arrow.

4. Remove the EN-50513  tensioner pin (3) from the tensioner (1).
