Intake Manifold Assemble

  1. Evaporative Emission Canister Purge Solenoid Valve (2) @ Intake Manifold - Install

  2. Evaporative Emission Canister Purge Solenoid Valve Bolt (3) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
    CAUTION: Fastener Caution
  3. Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor (5) @ Intake Manifold (1) - Install
  4. Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor Bolt (4) - Install and tighten 5 N.m (44 lb in)
  5. Install the intake manifold upper cover (3).

  6. Intake Manifold Cover Bolt (1, 2) - Install and tighten 4 N.m (35 lb in) [5x]
  7. Install the intake manifold lower cover (4).

  8. Intake Manifold Cover Bolt (1, 3) - Install and tighten 4 N.m (35 lb in) [3x]
  9. Install the intake manifold mount (2) and tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
