Fuel Injection Pump Removal

  1. Fuel Injection Pump Sound Insulator (1) - Remove

  2. Loosen the 2 fuel injection pump bolts (3) alternating in steps of turn.

  3. Fuel Injection Pump Bolt (3) - Remove [2x]
  4. Fuel Injection Pump (2) - Remove
    NOTE: Take care that during removal of the fuel injection pump the valve lifter does not fall apart.
  5. Fuel Injection Pump Gasket (1) - Remove and DISCARD
