Fuel Injection Fuel Feed Front Pipe Installation

Install the fuel injection fuel feed pipe (3) to the fuel rail (1) and to the fuel injection pump (6).

Install the 2 nuts (2, 5) and tighten to 30 N.m (22 lb ft).
CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
Install the fuel injection fuel feed pipe bracket bolt (4) and tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
Perform a fuel rail assembly leak test.
WARNING: Fuel escapes - observe safety measures and national legislation. Failure to comply could result in personal injury.

WARNING: Always wear safety goggles when working with fuel in order to protect the eyes from fuel splash.

NOTE: Ensure that all work at the engine is finished.
1. Start the engine.
2. Check the engine for escaping fuel.
