Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Inlet Pipe Installation

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. The clamp (1) from the engine oil cooler fitting (2) is pre-installed.

  2. Gasket (2) - Install a NEW gasket.

  3. Install a NEW engine oil cooler fitting (1) and tighten to 24 N.m (18 lb ft).
    NOTE: Do NOT remove the engine oil cooler fitting clamp.
  4. Seal Ring (4) - Install a NEW seal.

  5. Clip in the exhaust gas recirculation inlet pipe (3) to the engine oil cooler fitting.
  6. Pull back on pipe to be sure it is seated correctly in the clamp.
  7. Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Inlet Pipe Gasket (1) - Install a NEW gasket.
  8. Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Inlet Pipe Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] 10 N.m (89 lb in)
