Crankshaft Balancer Removal

• EN-49979  Crankshaft Shock Mount Retainer

1. Install the EN-956-1  extension (4) to the EN-49979  mount retainer (1).

2. Install the EN-49979  mount retainer along with EN-956-1  extension to the crankshaft balancer (3).
3. Loosen the crankshaft balancer bolt (2, 3) while fixing the crankshaft balancer with EN-49979  mount retainer and EN-956-1  extension.
   NOTE: A second technician is required.
4. Crankshaft Balancer Bolt (2, 3) - Remove
